How to Use and Acupressure for Grief

The best way to use the True Self Release is to inhale directly from the vial when your experience a sharp emotional wave, or apply the oil over the heart chakra and solar plexus area.

If your emotion manifest as aphysical pain on the body - apply the oil directly over the area and gently massage or apply acupressure to the tense area.

The acupressure points held gently while breathing deeply the Release aroma OR press the points with the roller-ball of your aroma roller. Applying pressure, especially in combination with high-frequency essential oils release congested energy and alleviate physical pain and strong feelings.

Sea of Tranquility—Center of the Chest Gently hold the point in the center of the chest or place the palms of your hands over the Sea of Tranquility. Breathe deeply into your heart center imagining peace and comfort nourishing your heart and spirit. You can also imagine this as your safe place or refuge.

Lung Points for Grief—by the Arm Joints Chest Points for Grief Approximately 4 to 5 inches down from the centers of the clavicles, and 3 to 4 inches on either side of the sternum are two very sensitive points for grief and sorrow.
