JUNE THEME: FEAR, ANXIETY & THE UNKNOWN
Fear isn’t the problem—being ruled by it is.

This month, we begin where so many of us are stuck: not in apathy, but in fear. Not knowing what’s next. Caught in mental spirals, bodily tension, or quiet shutdown. This isn’t weakness—it’s biology. It’s ancestral. It’s the aftershock of a world that asks us to keep going even when our system says no.
​
Fear is ancient. It evolved to protect us from tigers, not inboxes or rejection emails or invisible futures. But today, many of us are still living as if we’re being chased—by judgment, uncertainty, loss, and the weight of everything we carry that was never really ours to begin with.
​
In this class, we’ll explore the different types of fear (instinctual, learned, inherited, existential) and how they shape your emotions, your actions, your body, and your sense of possibility.

We’ll talk about how fear:

Shapes your nervous system, breath, digestion, and hormones

Drives patterns like control, people-pleasing, avoidance, and overthinking

Sits in the root, solar plexus, and heart, blocking trust and movement
We’ll also explore what fear isn’t—and how to stop being run by inherited beliefs, trauma-coded responses, and energetic patterns that no longer serve you.

Control can look like over scheduling, micromanaging, perfectionism, or even chronic indecision. But underneath, there’s usually a deeper fear: If I stop trying so hard, everything might fall apart.
This month, we will gently address that knot.

This month is about dissolving the unconscious patterns that block aligned action—so your inner yes and outer movement finally match.

I’ve spent over a decade working with flower essences, psychological aromatherapy, energy healing, and shamanic practices.
I’m a Reflector and an intuitive practitioner, and I created this monthly sequence in response to what I’ve been sensing in the collective lately.

People are anxious. Disconnected. Stuck. Lonely.
Not because they don’t care—but because their systems are overwhelmed by uncertainty, fear, and the emotional weight they’ve been carrying for years—often not even their own.

True Self Club is my way of offering something steady and supportive—a place to return to yourself, slowly, one theme and one month at a time, with the help of nature.
